Before embarking on this soul-focused path, I put a great deal of work into healing myself. I have overcome many of my own challenges, which aides me in facilitating the healing of others. I spent over 14 years in Human Resources with 5 of those years in leadership, where I honed my skills in understanding and supporting people in a counseling capacity.

My draw towards the metaphysical and the concept of the soul’s larger purpose eventually called me to learn how to conduct soul regressions, and I am certified in both Past Life and Between Lives Soul Regressions through Linda Backman of the Ravenheart Center.

Now, I’m honored to be guiding others through journeys that provide the transformative power of understanding our spiritual narrative. Outside of soul work, my husband and I raise our incredible son, Kai, along with our two dogs and one cat. We love to camp, hike, and spend time under the stars. Above all, my greatest passion is helping people connect with their soul’s journey, offering them peace, clarity, and a sense of purpose.
